Our Story

We are a passionate family of entrepreneurs and personal trainers with a united vision: to end gym anxiety.
We came together because we all experienced corporate gyms to be loud, intimidating and stressful places to be with no support around mental health. So we decided to do something about it!
Unlike corporate gyms, we have created two calming, inclusive SafeSpaces in London, only hiring empathic, caring personal trainers and mental health therapists.

Fede Veneroni joined forces with Gabe to bring to life the vision of a fitness space that goes beyond the conventional corporate gym environment. With nine years of experience as a personal trainer and a passion for bodybuilding, having won competitions himself, Fede has an in-depth understanding of the fitness industry.

However, Fede also recognised a gap in how gyms approached holistic wellbeing. Like Gabe, he saw that the focus was too often on physical aesthetics rather than a balanced approach that considers both mental and physical health.

Do you exclusively focus on personal training?

Yes, our ethos is rooted in the precision of one-on-one personal training. We do not offer group sessions, ensuring that every client receives undivided attention and a meticulously tailored fitness programme. Entry is strictly by appointment only.

We solely charge hourly rates for 1:1 personal training. It’s that simple. However all clients are entitled to a suite of complimentary services, including our bespoke training plans, ongoing support, meticulously tailored nutrition plans, and access to our boutique lounges.

We do not tie in clients to fixed term contracts ensuring members may join or depart at their discretion.

Angel Gyms is home to an elite team of highly experienced personal trainers all carefully selected to provide an unparalleled standard of expertise and care.

Our professionals extend far beyond conventional personal training. We integrate tailored fitness regimes with mental well-being support, ensuring an entirely holistic approach to health and transformation. Unlike loud and bright corporate gyms we deliver our services in a calm environment.
