Mati is a qualified integrative psychotherapist offering one-to-one mental health support at Angel Gyms. With experience across four countries and specialisms in cultural clashes, generational conflict, and religion-informed therapy, Mati creates a calm, non-judgemental space for clients to explore personal challenges and feel heard.

Roxanne is an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist who creates a warm, person-centred space for clients to explore life’s challenges. With over 10 years of experience in mental health and emotional wellbeing, she helps individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationships, boundary setting, and identity.

Lucia Stansbie

Lucia Stansbie is a certified nutritionist and nutritional therapist who offers personalised support to improve health, wellbeing, and your relationship with food. With a root-cause approach to nutrition, Lucia helps clients navigate concerns such as gut health, hormone imbalances, disordered eating, and weight management.

At Angel Gyms, everything is included: your dedicated elite trainer, tailored one-to-one sessions, ongoing progress monitoring, meal plans, and full access to our calm, private spaces.

There are no membership fees, no hidden extras or fixed term contracts.

You simply pay for your hourly PT sessions, which cost between £69–£72 per session depending on whether you train off-peak or peak.

Because it’s a monthly subscription, your plan is based on how many sessions you’d like each week: simple, transparent and a world away from intimidating commercial gyms.

Our clients train two to five times a week, depending on their goals, schedule, and recovery needs. Our Head Coach will help you find the right balance for you to see consistent results.

You’ll meet our Head Coach for a 30-minute private consultation. We’ll talk through your goals, any injuries or concerns, and show you the gym. There’s no pressure to commit, it’s just a chance to see if we’re the right fit for you.

We’ll match you with the trainer who fits your goals and availability. Most clients train at the same time each week to stay consistent, but you can adjust whenever you need.

We have private personal training studios in Clapham and Shoreditch, both beautifully designed to give you structure, support and consistency.

Our studios are private, calm, and designed for focus. You won’t find crowds, noise, or distractions, just expert trainers, structured programmes, and a clear path to results.
