Originally trained as a professional dancer, Erin completed her degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre in 2020. Her deep understanding of movement, mobility, and control gives her a unique perspective on strength training and fitness coaching.
Following university, Erin started her career coaching group exercise classes. Over the past three years, she has built extensive experience in weightlifting, running, cycling, and mobility training, working with a diverse range of clients to improve strength, endurance, and movement efficiency.
Erin’s sharp attention to detail ensures that form and technique are at the heart of every session. She takes pride in correcting movement patterns to prevent injury while delivering workouts that push limits and boost confidence.
