Experience personalised one-on-one training in either of our two exclusive private gyms located in Clapham and Shoreditch. Our safe and supportive environments allow you to train hard and achieve the results you want without the intimidation of a typical gym setting.
And what’s more is if you join now, you pay no membership or joining fees and with no contracts you have the freedom to leave when you like.

Yes, our ethos is rooted in the precision of one-on-one personal training. We do not offer group sessions, ensuring that every client receives undivided attention and a meticulously tailored fitness programme. Entry is strictly by appointment only.
We solely charge hourly rates for personal training. However all clients are entitled to a suite of complimentary services, including our bespoke training plans, meticulously tailored nutrition plans, and access to our boutique lounges.
We do not tie in any clients to fixed term contracts ensuring members may join or depart at their discretion.
No. All clients can leave or rejoin as they please.
